Once upon a time, there were two Russian composers. One came from a tradition of the Tsar, composing music to the age old tale of Scheherazade. While the other learned to write music that featured the tale of Peter and the Wolf. Rimsky-Korsakov and Prokofiev team up in this concert to tell Tales from Russia from their music.

Charlotte’s Web is based on E.B. White’s loving story of the friendship between a pig named Wilbur and a little spider named Charlotte. Wilbur has a problem: how to avoid winding up as pork chops! Charlotte, a fine writer and true friend, hits on a plan to fool Farmer Zuckerman. Charlotte weaves a solution which not only makes Wilbur a prize pig but also ensures his place on the farm forever.

In this comedy with a heart, Mom has been dead for 11 months and shows up at her husband’s birthday party as a ghost with a mission. The problem is complicated by the fact that the only person who can hear or see Mom is her daughter who has been ordered by the court to spend Dad’s birthday with him as part of her Anger Management Program.
